Garment cutting is a crucial process in the production of clothing, involving the cutting of fabric pieces based on patterns to create the desired garment shape. Here is a general overview of the garment cutting process and its working procedure:

  1. Pattern Development: The first step is to develop patterns based on the design specifications of the garment. Patterns are templates or templates that represent the different fabric pieces required to construct the garment. They are usually made of paper or cardboard.

  2. Fabric Spreading: Once the patterns are ready, the next step is fabric spreading. Fabric rolls are laid out on a large cutting table, and layers of fabric are spread on top of each other. The number of layers depends on the fabric thickness and the desired quantity of garments to be cut.

Washing

Different types of garment wash techniques have a significant impact on the overall appearance and texture of clothing. One such technique is stone washing, which involves washing garments with pumice stones to create a worn-out, distressed look. This process can weaken the fabric and reduce its lifespan. Acid wash, another popular technique, involves treating garments with chemicals to achieve a faded or bleached effect. While it can give a unique appearance, it can also weaken the fabric and make it more prone to damage. On the other hand, enzyme wash uses enzymes to create a soft and worn-in feel without causing excessive fabric damage. Each wash technique has its own distinct impact on garments, and understanding these effects can help consumers make informed choices about their clothing preferences. Lavish Design and it’s technical team are highly experienced in wash garments, specially in knit garment wash technique. Different kind of garment wash are doing here including..
